Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement efforts to improve site metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production to resolve customer complaints.
• Support ISO Quality Management System, audits, LPAs, and MSA/FMEA activities.
• Develop and update Process Control Plans and inspection methods.
• Drive containment and corrective actions for non-conforming products.
