Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3–7 years’ experience in quality/process engineering or continuous improvement in plastics manufacturing preferred.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing with resolution of quality issues via root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Lead strategic projects to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control inspection plans.
• Participate in supplier and internal audits as defined by the QMS.
• Monitor shop floor for compliance with procedures and customer requirements.
• Analyze production quality data to drive continuous improvement.
• Support SPC implementation and sustaining efforts.
• Manage new product launches from development to manufacturing.
