Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with nonconformance and corrective action processes.
• Experience performing root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Experience with 8D, RCCA, CAPA, or similar corrective action methodologies.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification.
• Experience developing quality dashboards and using quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage nonconformance and corrective action programs.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, Engineering, and others to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support continuous improvement of quality systems and inspection/manufacturing processes.
