Job summary

ABW Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and manage nonconformance and corrective action programs. You will work with Production, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.

Experience with RCCA/8D, CAPA, and quality tooling like AS9100/ISO 9001 is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and customer quality portals is beneficial; ITAR eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with nonconformance and corrective action processes.
• Root-cause analysis and problem solving experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and customer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with quality systems (AS9100/ISO 9001) and customer portals.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage nonconformance and corrective action programs.
• Analyze root causes and drive effective corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Support continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
