Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead non-conforming product management, customer complaints related to shipping and transportation, and ISO 9001:2015 quality system maintenance. You will drive internal audits, process discipline, and continuous improvement using Lean tools across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping in a distribution center.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in quality engineering, experience with manufacturing or logistics processes, and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

3+ years of quality engineering experience.
Experience in manufacturing quality, logistic process, or related technical roles.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3 etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain identification, segregation, documentation, and disposition of nonconforming product within the DC.
Ensure no nonconforming product is shipped without formal approval.
Track trends in damages, mislabels, and packaging issues.
Lead investigations for missing or incorrect items in shipping & transportation.
Define and follow up on corrective actions with Operations, Logistics, and Carriers.
Coordinate internal audits and support external audits.
Validate effectiveness of corrective actions through data and audits.
