Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field is required.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Internship, co-op, laboratory, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with quality, continuous improvement, or manufacturing projects is a plus.
• Internship/co-op or lab experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit quality records, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and quality system compliance.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends.
• Create quality reports and dashboards for decisions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to meet specs.
• Assist in product validation and testing.
• Support MRB investigations and testing methods documentation.
• Promote safety and quality objectives.
