Job summary

Bobcat invites talented engineering students to join our Quality Engineering co-op/internship, where you will help improve product quality through data-driven analysis. You will test company products, develop and analyze quality data, and apply measurement analysis using statistical tools to support meaningful improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Bobcat to implement process verification, support quality audits, root-cause analysis, and New Product Development initiatives,

Qualifications

• Pursuing an engineering degree (freshman–senior) with 3.0+ GPA preferred.
• Able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the term (4–8 months).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Test company products.
• Develop, analyze, and utilize quality data to drive improvement activities.
• Engage in measurement analysis using statistical tools.
• Assist in developing and implementing process verification and improvements.
• Work with various Bobcat departments to improve product quality.
• Contribute to Quality Engineering programs, including root-cause analysis, data compilation and analysis, quality audits, Product Quality Teams, reporting and metric development, and New Product Development.
