You will audit, develop control plans, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with engineering, production, and customer service teams.

Competenze
- Four-year technical degree in industrial, mechanical, or quality engineering or two years of quality experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with QMS, testing methodologies, and automotive quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret automotive drawings; familiarity with audits and core tools (PPAP, APQP, SPC, PFMEA).
- Experience designing and certifying inspection gauges/tools; understanding IATF 16949 requirements.

- Conduct product and process audits and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in APQP activities with project teams to integrate quality early in development.
- Develop and implement control plans and inspection procedures for parts and assemblies.
- Assess process quality checks and identify over- or under-inspection issues with improvements.
- Provide training to production personnel on quality procedures and customer-focused quality.
- Facilitate problem-solving initiatives and initiate corrective actions with the team.
- Interface with customers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Consult with engineering and manufacturing on measurement techniques and inspection methods.
- Document audits, report findings, and propose solutions to the Quality Manager.
