Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to drive advanced quality engineering programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure IATF16949 alignment, and manage audits and continuous improvement initiatives across launches and production.

The role requires strong PFMEA/CP expertise, Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, and hands-on experience with PPAP packages and customer requirements. Domestic travel to customer sites may be expected.

Qualifications

5+ years in advanced quality engineering with customer contact and project management.
5+ years of automotive industry experience.
Certified Lead YF IOS auditor or plan to obtain within 1 year.
Strong knowledge of PFMEA and CP.
Experience with Six Sigma, Black Belt preferred and Minitab usage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate YF IOS, IATF, and CSRs; lead plant-functional teams to ensure compliance.
Oversee quality across lifecycle/launch to meet regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.
Lead audits, drive continuous improvement, reduce defects.
Develop PFMEA, CP, and Design/Process Control Plans per customer needs.
Ensure PPAP packages are prepared and delivered on time.
Coordinate internal/external audits and be capable as Lead Auditor.
