Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Recent experience in Automotive Industry.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Systems.
- Experience with APQP/PPAP processes.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques.
- Proven technical skills on product and process.
- Experience in program launch with an automotive manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
- Utilize core AIAG quality tools to resolve quality concerns.
- Manage internal and external quality concerns and Pareto analysis.
- Investigate customer complaints and support product disposition decisions.
- Assist with continuous improvement activities and capability studies.
- Contribute to IATF 16949 activities and supplier quality management.
- Create and maintain PPAP status with customers and manage holds.
- Lead audits and support plant functions and safety rules.
