Qualifications

• Степень бакалавра по информатике или смежной области.
• Опыт QA на senior-уровне, владение стратегией качества для реальных функций или продуктов, самостоятельное принятие решений по стратегии тестирования.
• Инициативность и проактивное владение качеством, ответственность за результаты.
• Пользовательский и продуктовый подход, тестирование путей пользователя и бизнес-результатов.
• Безопасность и парадигма shift-left.
• Практический опыт автоматизации с WebdriverIO, Patrol, Selenium, Cypress, Appium или Playwright.
• Опыт написания backend тестов (API, unit, database) и тестирование RESTful сервисов с Postman или аналогами.
• Опыт работы с CI/CD (Jenkins или GitHub Actions).
• Плюс: опыт в web3/финтех или тестировании продуктов с реальными деньгами, мультиуровневое тестирование, безопасность.

Responsibilities

• Берёт на себя тестовую стратегию для назначенных функций и областей.
• Участвует в обзоре требований до разработки, уточняет предположения, риски и зависимости.
• Проектирует тест-кейсы, охватывающие сценарии пользователей, счастливые пути, исключения.
• Обеспечивает инженеров тестовыми наборами, окружением и макетными данными.
• Выполняет тесты и исследовательское тестирование для выявления проблем.
• Поддерживает актуальность покрытия тестами для каждой функции.
• Улучшаеет стратегию автоматизации, снижает флаки и повторные регрессии.
• Использует AI/LLM для дизайна тестов, скриптов и ассистирования тестированием.

Solflare is a crypto wallet with around 4 million monthly active users and over $20 billion in digital assets secured through its platform. Founded in 2021, it is building a gateway to Web3 and aims to give people control over their assets and financial independence.

Задачи

• Own the testing strategy for assigned features and areas, selecting appropriate validation layers
• Join discovery and specification reviews before development, clarify assumptions, surface edge cases, identify risks and dependencies, and ask critical questions
• Design test cases as part of feature development, covering user journeys, happy paths, edge cases, error handling, recovery, and regression
• Enable engineers to validate their own work by providing test suites, regression packs, environments, and mock data, and help build a quality-focused culture
• Execute prepared test cases and conduct exploratory testing to identify usability issues, cross-feature interactions, and incorrect assumptions
• Maintain a current view of test coverage for each feature so release decisions are based on measurable confidence
• Improve the automation strategy and testing processes by reducing flakiness, closing coverage gaps, reducing repetitive manual regression, and creating more time for exploratory, accessibility, security, and performance testing
• Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate test case design, automation scripting, and exploratory testing, and advance the team’s QA practices as new tools emerge

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Senior-level QA experience, including ownership of quality for real features or products, independent testing strategy decisions, and accountability for outcomes
• A proactive ownership mindset: identify and close gaps, drive work without waiting for assignments, and treat quality as an ongoing responsibility
• User- и product-first approach, testing journeys and business outcomes while keeping users central to testing decisions
• Security mindset
• Understanding of shift-left quality practices
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as WebdriverIO, Patrol, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright
• Experience writing backend tests (API, unit, database) and testing RESTful services with Postman or similar tools
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Strong automation skills are prioritized; candidates with mostly manual testing experience may also be considered if they are proactive, have a solid technical foundation, and are motivated to learn automation quickly
