Responsibilities

• Планирование QA-активностей и приоритетов в зависимости от требований и сроков релиза.
• Анализ требований, дизайнов и спецификаций; выявление пробелов.
• Подготовка тест-планов, сценариев и документации до завершения разработки.
• Совместная работа с фронтендом и бэкендом для готовности тестирования.
• Проведение функционального, регрессионного, исследовательского тестирования и тестирования совместимости.
• Тестирование API через OpenAPI; создание коллекций Postman на основе контрактов.
• Проверка сквозных пользовательских сценариев: onboarding, аутентификация, транзакции.
• Документирование дефектов с воспроизводимыми шагами и логами.
• Инициирование обзоров требований и обсуждений тест-планов с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Улучшение QA-процессов, документации и готовности релиза.

Job description

Описание: Our client is a Cyprus-registered FinTech company developing payment solutions for individuals and international businesses. Its products help make digital assets practical for everyday and high-value transactions. The platform covers customer onboarding, cryptocurrency exchange, merchant invoicing, card payments and fiat settlement through web, mobile and API-based services. The company operates internationally, with reliability, security and compliance at the heart of its customer experience.

Задачи:

• Own and independently plan QA activities, prioritising testing efforts based on product requirements, risks and release timelines.
• Analyse requirements, designs and specifications, identify gaps and proactively clarify uncertainties with Product Managers and developers.
• Prepare structured test plans, scenarios and documentation before feature development is completed.
• Work in parallel with frontend and backend teams to ensure testing readiness throughout development.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, usability and compatibility testing across web and mobile applications.
• Test APIs using OpenAPI specifications, creating and maintaining Postman collections based on API contracts.
• Validate end-to-end customer journeys, including onboarding, authentication, account management, transactions and settlement.
• Identify, document and investigate defects, providing clear reproduction steps, logs and supporting evidence.
• Independently initiate requirements reviews and test-plan discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, test documentation, release readiness and overall product quality.

• Strong hands-on experience in manual QA testing across web and mobile applications, preferably within a product development environment.
• Proven ability to independently plan, organise and prioritise testing activities without detailed instructions or constant supervision.
• Experience analysing incomplete requirements, reviewing specifications and proactively identifying missing information.
• Ability to prepare test plans and scenarios during feature development, rather than waiting for completed functionality.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, defect lifecycles and functional, regression and exploratory testing.
• Practical API testing experience using Postman and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, including building test collections directly from API contracts.
• Solid understanding of JSON structures, including data types, key-value relationships and case sensitivity.
• Experience maintaining structured test documentation, identifying original sources of requirements and ensuring test coverage.
• Confidence investigating issues using browser developer tools, application logs and other diagnostic tools.
• Ability to independently coordinate requirements reviews and testing discussions with product and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and clear written and spoken English.
• Experience testing FinTech, payments, banking, cryptocurrency or other financial-services products.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTTP requests and client-server architecture.
• Exposure to test automation or an interest in developing automation skills.
• Experience testing complex financial transactions, payment statuses or compliance-sensitive workflows.
