About The Position
This position supports manufacturing process and product quality by applying Goodyear standards and procedures to solve problems. The incumbent uses standard tools to enhance customer satisfaction and process capability.

Responsibilities

1. Understand and apply requirements from suppliers and customers relevant to manufacturing processes.
2. Maintain and improve customer relationships and satisfaction, representing Goodyear.
3. Enhance technical solutions to meet product and process needs.
4. Lead process improvements within quality guidelines using quality engineering tools.
5. Monitor and report on process performance indicators.
6. Participate in plant optimization and standards deployment.
7. Identify problems and implement solutions using appropriate tools.
8. Collaborate effectively within teams to meet performance objectives.
9. Complete tasks on time with quality to deliver results.
10. Support new product/process/technology implementation with quality tools.
11. Create and maintain product and process specifications for compliance.
12. Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math required.
• Experience or certifications in quality control, problem solving, and project management are preferred.
