Dauch Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our North Vernon, IN team. The role drives product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, acting as the liaison between customers and internal production teams to ensure adherence to specifications.

Key tasks include leading APQP/PPAP, root cause analysis, scrap reduction, and maintaining manufacturing quality plans. Requires 3+ years in quality documentation and ISO/IATF audits, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years experience in Quality documentation/processes (AIAG APQP, MSA, PPAP, SPC FMEA manuals).
• 3+ years experience in ISO9001/IATF16949 & ISO14001 auditing.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Plant and customer and supplier locations.
• Lead customer complaint investigation and containment activities.
• Maintain CQAR/CA/PA submission processes for customers.
• Monitor and drive cost of quality and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain MQP, FMEA, Control Plans and related documentation.
