Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years implementing Quality Management Systems in manufacturing/design.
• Proven usage of statistical methods to assure quality.
• Expert in APQP activities and core tools including D/PFMEA.
• Experience with machining, welding, forming, assembly, forging.
• Sound understanding of GD&T principles.
• Experience with measurement system analysis and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD teams using FMEA to select and implement controls.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure supplier quality and PPAP approvals.
• Audit quality systems and drive corrective actions.
• Improve quality management system processes and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving to improve plant metrics.
