Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum two years related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.
• Working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures.
• General understanding of business unit/group function.

Responsibilities

• Identify and control Manufacturing process defects (scrap, nonconforming material, customer complaints) by participating in teams focused on root causes and corrective actions.
• Querying and bounding data to support implementation of complex release criteria.
• Develop product quality plans, documents and systems with product development teams.
• Create risk analyses and FMEAs as needed.
• Develop Process Monitoring Systems to reduce process variation and defects.
• Lead process improvement efforts and analyze quality metrics to enhance product design and development.
