Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join its Wichita-area manufacturing team. In this role you will maintain and improve QA and QC practices across the production process, partner with production, engineering, suppliers, and other stakeholders to prevent defects and ensure products meet customer expectations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or directly relevant QA experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of three years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9145 standards; CQE is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret quality data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement quality control procedures to ensure product conformity.
• Investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Work with production and engineering teams to identify risks, reduce defects, and implement improvements.
• Conduct or support audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9145; report findings to management.
