Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Quality Engineer to support Internal 8D's, PPAP submissions, MRB, and audits across SCU, Servo, and Sensor Unit lines. You will collaborate with QMM, MFO, and MFE teams and coordinate with Florence, Plymouth, and Queretaro engineers to ensure product quality.

The role emphasizes problem solving, statistical methods, and documentation in a dynamic manufacturing setting, with growth potential in QMS and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience or equivalent
• Advanced problem-solving (8D) and PPAP knowledge desirable
• PFMEA and Control Plans familiarity is highly desirable
• Process Capability studies and Gauge R&R knowledge is desirable
• GD&T print reading and change coordination skills desirable
• Independent decision-making in a complex environment
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP/WindChill knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support Internal 8D investigations for SCU/Servo/Sensor lines
• Facilitate plant-to-plant PPAP submissions and audits
• Support MRB, process audits, and New Hire Orientation
• Assist with QMS internal/external audits and 5S audits
• Provide direction to QMM Technicians and coordinate with teams
• Collaborate with Project Leads, Sales, and Design Engineers in Florence, Plymouth, and Queretaro
• Present quality slides during New Hire Orientation per schedule
• Assist with material review board topics and weekly meetings
