Job summary

BOSCH-HC is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage nonconforming product and lead investigations in a high-volume distribution setting. You will drive ISO 9001:2015 compliance, audits, and lean improvements across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to read technical drawings, and effective cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Logistics, and Carriers. Comprehensive benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Experience in manufacturing quality, logistic process, or related technical roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3 etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product nonconformance identification, segregation, documentation and disposition in the DC.
• Lead investigations for shipping and transportation complaints; apply 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 procedures, work instructions and records.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits.
• Implement Lean tools (5S, standardization, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen) in warehouse processes.
• Lead root-cause analyses for internal defects and customer complaints and validate corrective actions.
• Train warehouse personnel on packaging standards and handling of nonconforming product.
