Starting salary is $70,000.00 USD.

Responsible for the generation of quality and continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational efficiency. Duties include developing, maintaining, and improving Kelco’s quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance. Also responsible for investigation, documentation, and resolution of production and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This role partners with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce defects, and support our overall manufacturing performance.
