WHAT YOU'LL DO Design a quality strategy that works across .NET, PHP, and Node and TypeScript.?You're?not bringing a single-stack playbook.?You're?defining an approach to quality that holds up across a portfolio of different systems. Build the automation layer. API and end-to-end test coverage, integrated into each platform's delivery pipeline, with agentic and AI-driven tooling brought in deliberately so coverage scales without adding headcount for every new surface. Define and own the quality gates across all products. No ticket?exits?development without a clear testing designation. Nothing ships to production without documented evidence that tests passed on an environment that genuinely mirrors production, same?stack?and same configuration. You own the standard, and you own sign-off on environment parity. Own regression protection through?various?legacy technology?modernization?eforts. Build the safety net that lets engineering re-platform aggressively without silently breaking customer-facing behavior. This is the difference between a modernization that ships and one that stalls under fear of breaking things. Embed quality into each?development?teams?delivery cycle rather than bolting it on at the end.?You'll?partner with engineering leadership across platforms and with product?owners, and?make quality?a discipline?teams rely on rather than a checkpoint they route around. Requirements WHO YOU ARE You have deep experience?in?software quality, with real depth in test automation. You are not a manual-QA manager looking to direct a team of testers.?You've?built systems, architected automated suites, and made hard calls about what to test and how. You have built or?substantially rebuilt?a quality function before, ideally across more than one stack or product. You know what it takes to create standards where none exist and to get engineering to adopt them without resentment. You are fluent in modern automation and comfortable that the stacks differ. You can reason?about?quality in a .NET system, a PHP system, and a Node and TypeScript system, and design an approach that generalizes rather than one that only fits what you already know. You treat AI and agentic tooling as the force multiplier that makes cross-stack quality possible for a small team. You have protected a product through a major migration, re-platform, or rewrite, where regression was the central risk and the cost of getting it wrong was customer trust. You understand that a multi-region SaaS product carries uptime and SLA obligations, and you build quality processes with that reality in mind. Government, healthcare, or compliance experience is a plus but not?required. Benefits
