It also supports the development and execution of streamlined business processes which effectively identify and resolve quality issues and analyzes quality data and metrics to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations and implements improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS).ResponsibilitiesInvestigates root cause(s) and implements corrective/preventative actions to resolve internal or external customer quality issues related to material or processing issues for a Business Unit(s)Supports the development and execution of streamlined manufacturing or business processes to mitigate identified and potential quality risksTracks corrective actions and verifies completion and effectivenessSupports other departments, develops documentation and analyzes process data to optimize key performance indicators and maintain compliance to AS9120 or ISO 9001 standard.
