Fujimi Corporation seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure customer-focused QA for Fujimi products and maintain the Quality System in line with customer needs. You will track quality issues, develop solutions, and drive CIP programs to support continuous improvement.
You will lead audits, update quality documentation, and provide technical support with Sales. This role requires 2–5 years in quality engineering and strong statistical and Six Sigma skills, with ISO/Lab standards knowledge.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for customer focused quality assurance of Fujimi products. Assures Fujimi’s overall Quality System aligns with customer expectations and requirements. Responsible for tracking quality issues, developing solutions, adoption and implementation of appropriate quality systems and procedures. Drives quality improvement by monitoring data collected from the process operations and applying problem solving techniques, quality verification and continuous improvement programs (CIP) for Fujimi Corporation. Leads teams to resolve quality issues or improvements by leveraging strong communication skills with ability to interface with technical and non-technical personnel.

Works primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing, warehouse and lab environments.
Requires ability to think critically to coordinate efficient planning and scheduling of audits and times to meet with internal stakeholders. Frequent mental visual demand to analyze complex data sets, production trends, and quality metrics to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions, while applying critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. It involves interpreting technical documents, engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards, as well as maintaining a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Exercise sound judgment and decision-making using available data and established quality standards, communicating effectively with cross‑functional teams including production, engineering, and leadership, and adapting to changing priorities, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the ability to maintain focus and accuracy in environments with frequent interruptions or shifting production demands is essential.
Prolonged viewing of computer screens is necessary while analyzing data and preparing reports, along with maintaining sufficient visual acuity to safely navigate the manufacturing environment, including areas with moving equipment and machinery. Requires constant awareness of standardized processes, personnel training assignment changes, audit schedules. Results oriented with a sense of urgency and motivation to drive results.
