Fujimi Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the company's quality system aligns with customer expectations. You will be responsible for tracking quality issues, developing solutions, and implementing quality systems. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams in resolving quality issues.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in quality engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JMP software is essential.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for customer focused quality assurance of Fujimi products. The role ensures the overall Quality System aligns with customer expectations and requirements. Responsibilities include tracking quality issues, developing solutions, adopting and implementing appropriate quality systems and procedures. The position drives quality improvement by monitoring data collected from process operations and applying problem‑solving techniques, quality verification and continuous improvement programs (CIP) for Fujimi Corporation. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interface with technical and non‑technical personnel to lead teams to resolve quality issues or improvement initiatives, are required.

The position frequently requires sitting, manual manipulation, speaking and lifting/carrying items weighing 10 pounds or less.

The position occasionally requires standing, walking, squatting or kneeling, bending, reaching outward or above the shoulders, grasping, and lifting/carrying items weighing 11–20 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds.

Requires ability to think critically to coordinate efficient planning and scheduling of audits and meetings with internal stakeholders. Frequent mental visual demand to analyze complex data sets, production trends and quality metrics to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Must interpret technical documents, engineering drawings, specifications and regulatory standards, while maintaining high attention to detail amidst multiple priorities and deadlines. Exercise sound judgment, decision‑making and communication skills across cross‑functional teams, adapting to changing priorities, processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in environments with frequent interruptions or shifting production demands is essential.
