Job summary

AMETEK, a global industrial technology company, seeks a Quality Engineer to lead cross-functional efforts ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will interpret customer requirements, develop procedures, and manage inspections while driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in manufacturing QE, strong reading of drawings/specs, and experience with AS9100 calibration and ISO/AS environments. U.S.-based applicants with rights to work preferred.

Position Summary

The Quality Engineer (QE) is a technical leader who collaborates with multiple departments to ensure quality and delivery goals are achieved. The QE applies analytical and problem-solving techniques to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Duties And Responsibilities

Education And Experience

• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and ISO/AS environments preferred.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification is a plus.
