Job summary

Ryan Companies in Minneapolis seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure quality across all project phases from design through turnover, collaborating with subcontractors on site. You will review documents, support commissioning and turnover, and lead witness tests and startup documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3 years in construction PM with a focus on MEP systems, plus travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
  • Three years of related construction management experience required.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Attention to detail and professional integrity are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to resolve quality issues.

  • Manage testing for mechanical, electrical, and control systems; submit related docs.
  • Perform routine site audits and site walks for quality and safety compliance.
