Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality across all project phases from inception to turnover. This role collaborates with subcontractors to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

You will participate in commissioning, turnovers, and safety procedures on site. The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 3+ years in construction project management with MEP focus, with strong attention to detail and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Three years of related experience.
• Experience in Construction Project Management focusing on MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture and share lessons learned with suppliers and project teams.
• Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover activities.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues.
• Attend factory witness tests for OFCI and CFCI equipment and systems.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Provide Quality Control by reviewing Construction Documents for errors and omissions.
• Generate startup reports to document equipment readiness.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and control systems testing and document testing/calibration reports and turnover packages.
• Conduct routine job site audits and site walks to ensure quality installations, codes compliance and safety.
• Attend required safety training and comply with site safety regulations.

Some Things You Can Expect To Do
