Job summary

Entegee in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Quality Engineer to conduct product and process audits within aerospace manufacturing environments. You will review documentation and product traceability, support First Article Inspection (FAI), and drive quality improvements across cross-functional teams.

The role requires experience in aerospace quality systems, AS9100 knowledge, and strong technical writing to clearly communicate audit findings and recommendations.

Job description

• Conduct product, process, and quality system audits to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues, findings, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review manufacturing processes, documentation, configuration, and product traceability.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and other quality assurance activities.
• Prepare clear, accurate audit reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing
• Previous auditing experience (product, process, and/or quality system audits)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective technical writing and reporting skills
• Aerospace forgings, metals, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
• AS9100 experience
• Product audit and configuration management experience
• First Article Inspection (FAI) and traceability experience
