Clarios is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Winston-Salem plant. You will lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure conformity with ISO/IATF16949 for development and production processes.

You will coordinate quality activities, perform RCA, and drive corrective actions using PFMEA, 8D, and Control Plans while collaborating with suppliers to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or technical field with focus on quality management.
• Experience applying quality tools in development or production environments.
• ISO/IATF 16949:2015 Lead Auditor certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.
• Knowledge of QMS standards and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities
