Job summary

Innovate, a manufacturing company in the United States, seeks a certified Internal Auditor with a passion for precision and problem solving. You will lead root-cause investigations, drive corrective actions, and support ISO 9001 internal and surveillance audits across the plant.

You will collaborate with engineering during pilot runs to define new quality test procedures, apply SPC and Lean tools to improve performance, and champion continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
• Strong proficiency with precision measuring tools, blueprints, and data systems (ERP/CRM/Excel).
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or LEAN training is a plus.

• Apply SPC and lean tools to identify performance trends, reduce deficiencies, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree (a technical or scientific discipline is preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on Quality engineering experience inside a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• A certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
• Strong proficiency with precision measuring tools, blueprints, and data management systems (ERP/CRM/Excel).
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or specialized LEAN training is a massive plus.
