Using sound audit techniques and statistical tools, you will identify high‑leverage continuous improvement projects to elevate the organization’s quality delivery to our customers.

Be the company’s representative before our customers to report on the status of the open actions/projects for the assigned product lines. Update the dashboards (electronic and physical) and report‑out files for the assigned product lines with the appropriate frequency to ensure the latest information is displayed.

Internal Quality Performance – Internal Processes Focus

Monitor and analyze assigned product line KPIs, including defects per unit (DPU), first pass yield (FPY) and non‑conformance material report (NCR) to define the top offenders. Work with cross‑functional teams to investigate the assigned product line KPI’s top offenders, guiding and assisting the team during the problem‑solving process to ensure the true root cause is found. Perform internal process and product assessments. Provide quality support to cross‑functional NPI team projects to implement the use of PFMEA, control plans (CP) and operator description sheets (ODS). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and use statistical tools (SPC, DOE, etc.) to support continuous improvement activities as well as the root cause investigation process. Be the non‑biased person to help the team define issue ownership when issues arise on the shop floor or when reported by our customers.
