Job summary

Woodbridge is seeking a Supervisor/Analytical/Technical role on the Moulded Foam production line. You will coordinate quality functions, lead teams from design to production, and perform dimensional analyses on foam pads to ensure quality. Travel to customer and supplier sites is expected.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with automotive experience and strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, VA/VE tools, and robust communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience or equivalent in automotive environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive quality requirements.
• Ability to interpret automotive industry blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including listening, verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and Computer skills.
• Knowledge of problem solving tools such as SPC, 8-D, DOE & VA/VE.
• Ability to travel to customer and supplier locations as required. May be frequent and unscheduled

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all quality functions related to the assigned production line.
• Lead AQP teams from drawing board through start of production on new programs.
• Conduct dimensional analyses on foam pads.
• Coordinate in house sampling responsibilities including FMEA, control plans and product submissions.
• Act as service Rep to assigned customers.
• Supply Auto Pareto information on a daily basis.
• May be Management representative for QS-9000.
• Other duties as assigned.
