Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a multi-functional team member establishing quality requirements and providing guidance for sustaining engineering projects.
2. Lead or support Risk Management evaluations for current and new products.
3. Develop and implement quality improvement programs.
4. Review validation protocols for effectiveness and compliance with corporate guidelines.
5. Assist with complaint investigations involving design and manufacturing sites.
6. Draft, review, and approve Non-Conforming Material Reports.
7. Generate field issue investigation reports and ensure timely closure of actions.
8. Assess operations for quality and compliance.
9. Develop methods to measure and validate quality standards.
10. Lead quality improvement teams to achieve commitments and objectives.
11. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

The candidate will ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance in line with corporate policies, government regulations, and industry standards. Responsibilities include supporting sustaining engineering and quality assurance tasks for client products. The role requires a self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects, with strong communication skills. The candidate may initiate quality projects and must be knowledgeable in engineering and product development, reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager.
