• Actively participate in quality system applications implementation, upgrades, or improvement projects.
• Clean-up quality master data.
• Require knowledge and experience in QA/QM and other industrial standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP, or others).
• Ability to act as a mentor to coworkers; serve as a proven agent of change.
• Extensive experience with eQA tools and processes required.
• SAP experience, specifically in QM, preferred.
• Ensure quality throughout the process.
• Complete the volume of work required to achieve group/departmental/project goals within deadlines.
• Communicate the status of operations and bring deviations to the attention of supervisors.
• Perform procedures and tasks independently with accuracy.
• In compliance with change control procedures, improve processes through scientific knowledge, experience, and principles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
