Job summary

TSI Seats is a Seattle-based aerospace company seeking a Quality Engineer to support QA/QC activities for aircraft interior products and related operations.

You will monitor quality, resolve non-conformance issues, perform root cause analysis, review documentation, and collaborate with engineering, production, certification, and supply chain teams.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with experience in aerospace quality and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in Quality Engineering, QA, Manufacturing Quality, or similar.
• Familiarity with RCA, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, defense or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance and quality control activities for aircraft interior products and related operations.

• Participate in inspections, audits, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with TCI Aircraft Interiors teams in Türkiye and provide quality support for joint projects.
• Support customer-related quality activities and follow up on quality issues.

Job Description
