The Manufacturing Quality Engineer (MQE) ensures stable, capable, and compliant production processes by driving preventive quality, structured problem solving, and robust governance of QBD(Quality before Delivery), NC (Non‑Conformance) handling, and digital quality systems. The role strengthens product quality, reduces CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), and supports NPI (New ProductIntroduction), qualifications, and continuous improvement across the value chain.
This role is primarily performed in a standard office environment with typical conditions such as computer-based work, routine communication with team members, and consistent lighting, temperature, and noise levels. $50,000 - $79,500 annually
