GPAC is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Engineer to support QA across our manufacturing product lines. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to uphold high quality standards, drive process improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and robust quality metrics. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in QC/engineering and a degree in a related field, with experience in heavy equipment preferred.

Formación

• 3–5 years in quality control or engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with SPC, 8D, PFMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a hands-on Quality Control Engineer to support quality assurance across our product lines. This role will work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure high standards, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage quality control procedures and inspections
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and internal standards
• Support product development and continuous improvement efforts
• Monitor and improve supplier quality performance
• Track and report on key quality metrics

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in quality control or engineering within manufacturing
• Proficient with SPC, 8D, PFMEA, and root cause analysis methods
• Experience with industrial or heavy equipment preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
