MPI is seeking a Quality Engineer to support customer quality, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across the facility. This role serves as the liaison between customers and manufacturing operations to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on inspection experience, PPAP/CAPA expertise, and experience with ERP systems. Join a stable, family-owned manufacturing environment with exposure to aerospace and industrial customers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation

• Analyze quality data and identify trends
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve nonconformances
• Assist with audits and quality documentation
• Support ERP-related quality processes and reporting

This individual will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards, resolving customer concerns, and driving process improvements while serving as a key liaison between customers and manufacturing operations

The organization specializes in metal stamping, fabrication, tooling, assembly, and finishing services, supporting both low-volume and high-volume production needs. With multiple facilities around the country, the company offers the stability of a long-established manufacturer while maintaining the close-knit culture of a family-owned business
