Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Bristol, NH is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations. You will apply quality tools to analyze processes, participate in root cause analysis, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and at least two years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Two or more years of experience in quality, manufacturing, process engineering, production, inspection, or a related technical environment.
• Working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, corrective actions, SPC, audits, process improvement, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations that improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to work directly with customers, suppliers, operators, engineers, and leaders.
• Self-motivated problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Desire to learn and grow in areas such as Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, auditing, and customer quality management.
