Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Quality Engineer / EHS Leader to support the eFRAME manufacturing operation in Kenosha, Wisconsin. You will develop, implement, and sustain Environmental, Health & Safety programs while leading quality initiatives for incoming materials, nonconforming products, and process improvement.

This role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure regulatory compliance, improve product quality, reduce waste, and drive Lean and Six Sigma projects across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or EHS with manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve incoming material inspection and quality plans.
• Own MRB processes including nonconforming materials and corrective actions.
• Partner with suppliers, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
• Analyze quality metrics to identify defect reduction and waste reduction opportunities.
• Maintain EHS programs and safety audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
