Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of health and safety best practices and legal requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the workforce and management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to a timeline and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Two years of previous experience in EHS, QA, or related field.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintain QA processes and procedures
• Coordinate QA inspections and testing
• Maintain QA records, reports, and certifications
• Support non-conforming material tracking and corrective actions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in implementing and maintaining EHS processes and procedures
• Coordinate EHS inspections
• Maintain EHS records, reports and certifications
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Accomplish regular walkthroughs with production to ensure compliance
• Provide administrative support in EHS and QA teams
• Maintain filing system, both physical and digital
• Assist in document control and revision management
• Train employees and enforce requirements
