Job summary

Kuresmart is seeking a Clinical Quality & Education Specialist to coordinate QAPI, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role partners with Regional Clinical Directors to monitor performance, conduct audits, and implement improvement plans with targeted staff education.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree with RN licensure and 5+ years of nursing, including 2+ years in ASC, plus CMS/Joint Commission experience and ACLS/BLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with RN license and 5+ years of nursing, including 2+ years in an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Experience coordinating quality improvement, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, accreditation, or risk management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• CMS/Joint Commission standards experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ASC Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Monitor quality indicators and performance metrics.
• Conduct audits of medical records, clinical tasks, and documentation.
• Prepare quality reports for committee and board review.
• Investigate quality concerns and support corrective actions.
• Provide education on quality, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Support competency validation and onboarding of ASC staff.
