Pollo Campero is looking for a dedicated kitchen team member in Round Rock, Texas. This role involves maintaining food quality, ensuring health and sanitation standards, and effectively communicating with the front of house. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, physically fit for demanding tasks, and preferably have over 1 year of experience in similar roles. We offer a starting pay of $14.00 per hour and look for team players who thrive in a busy restaurant environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.

Mansioni

• Maintains verbal communication with FOH.
• Monitors the quality of food.
• Marinating and breading chicken.
• Ensuring chicken is properly inspected.
• Following receipts accordingly.
• Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards.
• Follow protocol chicken forecast.
• Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards.
• Thoroughly clean equipment.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas.

Conoscenze

Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.

Ability to stand for long periods
