Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a QC Documentation Specialist to join our team on the day shift, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on processing Raw Material documentation and supporting Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Operations with customer requests.

You will help organize, audit, and maintain QC lab paperwork, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure compliance. Ideal candidates have a technical Bachelor's degree and 2 years in quality control/assurance, plus

• 2+ years in quality control or quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers (Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, QA, Customer Service, Master Data).
• Update material test plans and coordinate testing with laboratories.
• Review regulatory monographs for compliance.
• Demonstrate understanding of testing processes across lab roles.
• Work in interdepartmental teams to support customers.
• Organize, maintain, and audit QC lab paperwork.
