Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a QC Documentation Specialist (Day Shift M-F) to join our quality team in Missouri. You will process raw material documentation and support Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Operations while upholding QA standards.

You will organize and audit QC lab paperwork, review testing plans, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement. A technical background and 2+ years in quality control, plus strong written and verbal communication, are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent education in a technical degree.
• 2+ years of experience working in quality control or quality assurance.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to support process improvements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers (Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, QA, Customer Service, and Master Data).
• Provide guidance on material test plan updates and coordinate testing with laboratories.
• Review regulatory monographs to confirm testing compliance.
• Demonstrate understanding of testing processes and lab responsibilities.
• Work in interdepartmental teams to support customers.
• Organize, maintain, and audit QC lab testing paperwork.
