Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a detail-oriented documentation specialist to update and maintain logs and databases for product, manufacturing and regulatory information. You will coordinate reviews, revise procedures, and prepare reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Under supervision, you will follow established policies, manage document numbers, and assist with various projects while maintaining a high level of organization and communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow Quality Assurance procedures.
• Experience using document management/records management software solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to carefully review documentation.
• Highly organized with files and documentation.
• Must be detail-oriented and thorough.
• Must pass a color vision screen.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain logs and databases of product, manufacturing and regulatory information.
• Coordinate review and revision of procedures, specifications and forms.
• Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow company policies and procedures under supervision.
