Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards; AS9100 preferred.
• Experience with document control and documentation preparation.
• AS9102 knowledge highly desired.
• ERP experience, preferably PLEX.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem solving.
• On-site position; occasional WFH with supervisor approval.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality documentation packages for production and customer requirements.
• Compile and organize documentation: certifications, inspection reports, material docs.
• Ensure documentation is complete and formatted per internal and customer standards.
• Submit documentation packages to customers for approval.
• Track approval status and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals and revisions.
• Enter and update documentation status in ERP/QMS systems (e.g., Plex).
• Identify inefficiencies in documentation processes and support improvements.
• Escalate missing or unclear information.
• Work closely with Quality team and other departments.
