The Quality Document Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Florence, KY. This role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records to support manufacturing and quality assurance activities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance with internal standards and customer requirements, updating and controlling document versions, and ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders. The Quality Document Specialist collaborates with quality, engineering, and production teams to gather information, standardize documentation, and support audits and regulatory or customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with the development of new documentation processes, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and providing training or guidance on document control practices.
