Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrate experience on using document management software like Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Data Entry and Document Control preferred.
• Organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Compile the Manufacturing Record Books (Data book) for each project required. Data book requirements are defined by the standard table of content indexes and shall be maintained on a daily basis.
• Scan, verify, file, rename and move all required documents to proper job file locations building the electronic files and/or print books.
• Review all documentation for data book(s) as per Acadian Contractors standard data book index.
• Accepted review of data book to be forwarded on to project manager.
• Rejected reviews, internally or externally, will be noted and returned with comments to be reviewed and corrected with support from Quality Assurance Manager.
• Keep the data book list progress status updated on progress, missing items, and pending documents.
• Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers by providing quality customer service.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
