Job summary

Curium is seeking a Contractor Quality Documentation Specialist in Maryland Heights, MO to identify, scan, file and organize documentation supporting Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development.

Work schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role requires an Associate Degree or higher, one or more years of documentation experience in a cGMP facility, and strong MS Office and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• One+ years documentation in cGMP facility or medical transcription preferred.
• Proficient data entry and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Catalog, scan, maintain, file and retrieve site documents.
• Maintain Quality Indices by updating Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure safety, compliance to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain department, premises and equipment in good order.
• Comply with US and international regulatory agencies (FDA, ISO, etc.).
